This doesn't change the size of the text. With moveanything you can scale each blizzard ui element individually (built this into elvui? or at least shadow&light?). The solution I found is to use moveanything and shadow&light. So the point is elvui screws up the scale difference and it can't fix it (unless you want to change every elvui element by hand). But this scale results in the elvui elements overlapping each other, the maximum scale to prevent overlapping is 0.72 which makes the quest frame and quest tracker much smaller. The UI-Scale I used with the default interface was 0.9. Turning down the UI-scale to make the elvui elements comparable to the size of blizzard elements before that and preventing the elvui elements to overlap results in the quest frame and quest tracker becoming smaller. Now the UI-Scale Setting makes EVERYTHING smaller or bigger, no matter if it is elvui elements or blizzard elements. This in itself would not be a problem but the new elvui elements that replace the blizzard ones like unitframes, bars, chat, and so on are much bigger than the default unitframes, bars, chat, and so on. This makes everything resizeable but the quest frame and quest tracker, which is lackluster IMO.
The elements that are being replaced by elvui like the Unitframes have built-in features to resize them.

They stay the original blizzard ones (with just a skin on it). So the problem is that elvui doesn't replace the quest frame and the quest tracker.
